Venture, Workman’s Project Management team, has advised Tristan Capital Partners on a £400m investment in six UK student accommodation assets, as reported by Property Week.
Three of the six assets are in development: a 460-bed site in Leicester, a 460-bed site in Salford and a 706-bed scheme in Swansea, all due to be completed in Q3 2022. The remaining three – in Birmingham, Glasgow and the first Salford site – are completed and operational.
The deal, a joint venture between Bricks.co Group’s student platform, true Student, and Tristan’s Core Plus CCP 5 LL Fund, marks the foundation of plans to build a £750m portfolio over the next five years.
